Features List

List on the map's toolbar opens the map's features as records. It holds the same features, the same selection and the same save as the map, laid out as cards or a table so every feature can be read, sorted and edited from the keyboard. Map takes you back to the same features on the map.

Which features

The button after Layers sets what the list holds:

• In view: what the map showed when you left it;
• All: every feature on the layers you have on;
• Selected: the features you selected on the map.

Layers opens the same Layer manager as the map. With several layers on, the list groups features by layer.

Sorting and filtering

The sort menu orders the list. The search finds features by name. With one layer showing, Filters narrows the list by that layer's own fields: build conditions such as material is PVC and installed before 1990. With All, Filters also shows deleted features.

Opening a feature

Press a feature's name to open it in a window: its fields, its location and the records linked to it.

Changing many at once

Tick features, then open the bulk button to set a field on all of them, move them to another layer or delete them.

Saving

Edits made here join the map's working version. Save keeps them, and its arrow uploads them or asks for approval, exactly as on the map. See Versions.
